Hi, I’m Samantha! I’m a mother to two beautiful daughters and a full-time wedding and portrait photographer with almost 16 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing over 500 weddings and elopements and thousands of amazing families, capturing the unique love stories of couples and families across British Columbia and beyond.
I love to travel, camp, and explore, and I bring that sense of adventure and curiosity to every session. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me spending time with my family, finding inspiration in the everyday moments that make life beautiful.
I offer wedding coverage throughout all of BC at no additional travel costs, and I also provide destination wedding coverage for couples dreaming of a ceremony anywhere in the world. My goal is to create images that are natural, vibrant, and full of life, so you can relive the joy and emotion of your special day for years to come.

Fun Facts!
What type of Camera do you use? I use the Nikon D810. It's a full frame beauty that helps me capture the amazing memories of every session! My Back-up equipment consists of the Nikon d800S.
Favorite activity? Spending time with my family! Honestly, it doesn't matter where we are, or what we are doing, my family is my treasure! If I had to pick something, I would say camping or 4x4ing is a true passion that I often do not do enough. I love to travel as well.
When Did you start Photography? I have been photographing professionally full time for nearly 16 years. I officially opened my business and took the leap into photographing full time in 2010.
Drink of choice? Non-Flavored Sparkling Water.
Favorite type of session? I love -all- sessions, Family, Maternity, Newborn, Weddings, Events. I am very experienced in all. Weddings and Maternity are certainly close to my heart, because both moments are photographing some of the most important times in someone’s life, and to be a part of that moment is an absolute honor.
What do you do in your spare time? Spare time? What? haha! Spending time with family and volunteering for our local Fire Department. I am also on the board for the Charitable Society, and am trained in critical incident stress management to volunteer my spare time to help first responders deal with the trauma stemming from critical incidents that they encounter.

Samantha was absolutely amazing. Her prices are very reasonable and her pictures are gorgeous. We got the top package from her and we had a great time. She did the engagement photos; for the wedding, I had her from when I was getting ready until the end of the major dances; her husband was there from the ceremony until the end. There was a photobooth, which was very popular. They are professional and fun people. They are very easy going, and they make sure you get all of the shots you are looking for. We have had Samantha do our family pictures twice now and both times we have had great results! She is very affordable, awesome with kids and extremely quick at getting pictures to her clients! She is also very flexible which is great when you have little ones! We will keep using her in the future! Unlike other photographers her price includes a lot of edited pics on a cd, whereas most you pay for the pictures to be taken and only get a few! Highly recommend her!

Where to begin in this recommendation? My husband and I got married October 12/12 in Langley, BC. We were shopping around for a talented Photographer, since we believe that pictures are the most important and valuable aspect of any wedding. We didn't want to go cheap, but we didn't have a ton of extra money either.
After contacting several Photographers, I found Samantha's site. Right away I was impressed. Samantha makes her clients feel special, and her attention to detail gives the bride the feeling of confidence. Samantha offers very competitive pricing, and is flexible in every way. She strives to accomodate her clients' desires.
Samantha and her assistant worked at our wedding beyond the hours being hired for without complaint, and they were welcomed as guests, rather than just a Photographer.
